What is EAS? ▾

EAS (Enterprise Approval System) is a modular SaaS platform for multi-step approval workflows, org-scoped users and roles, audit trails, and optional add-on modules such as HR, procurement, and reporting.

How does signup work? ▾

Choose a plan and optional add-on modules, register your organization and admin account, then complete Stripe checkout if the plan requires payment. You land in the vendor dashboard and can onboard your team in the main platform.

Is there a free trial? ▾

Plans include a trial period (see plan cards on Pricing). During trial, core features are available; paid modules activate after checkout when required.

Can I change my plan or add modules later? ▾

Yes. Signed-in org admins manage subscription at /vendor/subscription — change plan, add or remove billable modules, or open the Stripe Customer Portal for payment methods and invoices.

What happens if I abandon checkout? ▾

Your organization and admin account are still created. You receive a recovery email with a link to complete payment. Our team may follow up if checkout stays incomplete.

Is billing the same as invoice approval in workflows? ▾

No. SaaS subscription billing (this site) pays for your EAS plan and modules. The optional Billing module handles Stripe invoices and refunds triggered after internal approval workflows.

Where is the workflow designer? ▾

After signup, org admins configure approval workflows from the platform under Workflow policies. See the in-app manual for step-by-step guidance.

How do I invite my team? ▾

Complete onboarding, then add users from Organization settings. Assign roles and departments so approvers appear correctly in workflow steps.
